Shipping Policy

At Italy Gold Jewelry Corp., we take great care to ensure that your jewelry is delivered safely, securely, and on time. Please review the following terms carefully, as they apply to all orders placed on our website.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom orders: Production may take up to 12 business days before shipment. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • All orders are shipped through USPS and FedEx with signature confirmation and full insurance (Shipsurance powered by Shopify).

  • Standard delivery within the United States: typically 4-9 business days after processing.

  • Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Shipping is free for all orders +$250, for orders below $250 shipping price is $15
  • Express Shipping price is $49

Delivery & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

  • Italy Gold Jewelry is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misrouted packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to sender due to refusal or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered”, it is considered fulfilled. Any claims of non-receipt will require a signed affidavit and will be investigated through our insurance provider.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

  • All shipments are insured through Shipsurance for the full value of the order.

  • A valid signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, USPS or FedEx will leave instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local post office.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at italygoldjewelry@gmail.com.

  • After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

  • If the order has been processed and is ready to ship, cancellations are not accepted.

  • At this time, Italy Gold Jewelry only ships within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Italy Gold Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by USPS or FedEx, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  • Any fraudulent claims of lost or stolen items will be reported and pursued legally.
